Our old Life-Fitness elliptical broke down Sat afternoon. At 5:45, I called the Kitchener location, Rick answered and, thanks to him, we had a new Life-Fitness elliptical in our basement and fully functioning by 4:00 Tuesday. Awesome service from Rick - it took him an hour on Saturday evening to locate a new machine, organize asap delivery, issue me an invoice and process payment. He then followed through on everything exactly as promised. Best service I've had from anywhere for a long time.(PS - I don't recommend buying a new exercise machine sight-unseen for most people. We happened to be very familiar with this one.)

Before we decided to buy weight plates and a cable machine from them, they were very quick to respond to all of our questions. They have great prices, friendly service and were super helpful with set-up and installation. We will go nowhere else but there to buy the rest of the equipment we need for our home gym.

So glad i made the drive to Kitchener, from London . Rick and son were so helpful and i ended up purchasing a full set of dumbbells with the rack. everything came quick and the communication from Rick was great. i went to pick it up and everything was as it should. I was so happy with the experience that a week later i order a full set of weight plates and Olympic barbell. Once again, great price and great product. i would highly recommend these guys!!! i'll be back!

Recently purchased atlas Smith and cable machine along with atlas bench and assorted plates and adjustable dumb bells. I'm extremely satisfied with the equipment. I have dreamt about a gym set up for years and I finally did it! Working with Chris was so easy. He answered all of my questions and helped me with my decisions. The delivery was fast and flawless, along with the setup. Rick and Benton did an amazing job.They didn't mind me bugging them lol . Rick made sure the equipment was working before leaving and I appreciated that. The basement was left spotless as well. I would hands-down recommend Gym Concepts.

Wonderful folks running this business! They helped load the heavy weights into my car, and about two weeks later I found out that I was missing a plate! All I had to do was contact them and they hooked me up with the missing plate (plus an extra one) in a neat little box. I'll definitely be coming here for all my gym equipment needs and I recommend you do the same :)
